TERMS & CONDITIONS

General :

• Customers have to pay 150 advance for confirmation of their order, If the product total is more than 5000
• The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections and also in “FAQ” and get a clear idea on how to order.
• In order to use the dresslikeangels.com, the user have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• All products are checked, screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.
• The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Dress Like Angel.
• Request for cancellations of orders once placed on dresslikeangels.com shall not be entertained.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.
• If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Dress Like Angel for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
• Normally an order once placed cannot be canceled by the buyer. However, in a rare case of we accepting the cancellation request from the customer, he/she will have to bear the money transaction charges like bank charges, Exchange rate fluctuation, etc.
• If the user has any questions, doubts, or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein, he/she should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service
• Dress Like Angel shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from Dress Like Angel. Our normal delivery schedule is specifically given with the product description.
• Dress Like Angel does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Dress Like Angel attempts to be as accurate as possible with its product descriptions. However, Dress Like Angel does not warrant those product descriptions or other content of this site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Slight color variation of outfits is possible. If a product offered by Dress Like Angel itself is not as described, your sole remedy as the customer is to return the item in its unused condition.

• Hence, for all international orders, customers will be solely responsible for bearing the Customs duty and other clearance formalities.
• Dress Like Angel shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade organizations, manufacturers/shops etc.), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond the control of us.
• The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Dress Like Angel shall not entertain any complaints after 5 days, once the order is delivered.
• All Bollywood products images are just for reference only, actual product color, fabrics and designs may vary from original picture.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason.
